Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Ladera Ranch

I’ve had my haircut at this sports clips 5 times and had a great experience, this was not one of them. When I came in the hairstylist told me what she was going to do and did not list to what I wanted. I told her I wanted a trim and to use a scissors because I prefer that. She preceded to cut my hair with a clippers and when she was done I asked if she could cut a little More of the sides, she responded by asking another hairstylist to finish my cut? I responded by saying no thank you and went to pay the bill. I’ve never walked out of a haircut that was not finished. The hair dresser had long blond hair and spoke with a Spanish accent. Probably not the first time she has not listened or has people complain. This is my first ever review of any kind in my life! Terrible!!!

Hello, today my 16 year old son went to the sports clips in Ladera Ranch. He was going in there for a shorter haircut but I made sure to tell him to keep his curls. He has or HAD beautiful curls before this hair cutting experience. I told him to send a picture of his new haircut when he was done. He texted me right after and I was horrified. It looked like his hair was buzzed. My son later told me he asked the lady (long blonde hair) to Not cut it short and even showed her a picture of what he wanted. She didn’t listen and now my son looks like he’s off to the military. Very disappointed will never visit this location ever again.
